How to loose Belly fat

Hello friends when we are in young age we eats everything around us ( where your eye's found interesting ) that's the things bring you a unnecessary Belly fat . And when it increases you knows it's effect you found horrible and found yourself bound so friends I tell you here how to get rid by your belly fat.
1. Routine - My friends routine is very important in lossing Belly fat .and routine means sleep routine , eating routine and working routine etc. So first you organise your routine properly and then we go second once . I suggest you sleep early and rise early 10 pm to 4 am that found difficult but you do so. Work hour limit and do your work by breaks.
2 . Diet - friends diet is very important and you take calculated diet about your body size and don't go less eating it make diverse effect you should go a proper plan by a dietitian.
3. Excercise - friends excercise is important and you go only two or three I suggest you go with running (slowly for half hour) + cycling ( 2 to 3 km ) + yoga .
All these three will surely helps in your loosing Belly fat and do these excercise for a month to check results
