Lord Shree Krishna Quotes on life : ( Shree Bhagwad Geeta )
What are some of the most inspiring quotes from the Bhagavad Gita on karma
Why do you worry unnecessarily? Whom do you fear? Who can kill you? The soul is neither born nor dies.
Whatever happened, was good, what's happening, it's going well, whatever will happen, will also be good. You need not have any regrets for the past. Do not worry for the future. Live in Present.
What do you got, that you cry? What you brought, that you lost? What did you produce, which has destroyed? You did not get anything with you, whatever is there, you received from here(earth). Whatever you will give, you will give here. Whatever you took, was given by God. Whatever you gave, you gave to him.
You came empty-handed and you will go empty-handed. Which is yours today, belonged to someone else yesterday, will belong to someone else tomorrow. All these things, which give you happiness, is the reason of sorrow
Change is the law of the world. What you think of as death, is indeed life. In a moment you become the owner of millions, in the other instance you become penniless. I - thy, disproportioned, my - yours, erase it from the mind, then everything is yours and you belong to everyone.
This body is not yours, neither are you of the body. You are made of fire, water, air, earth, sky and you will end in all of them. But the spirit is stable - then what are you?
Offer yourself to God. This is the perfect resort. Who know's this, is fearless, free of worries and sorrow forever.
Whatever you do, dedicate it to god. By doing this, you will feel free of life and full of Joy(Anannd).

The original Bhagavad Gita has 746 slokas (700 + 46 ). Bhagavad Gita addresses many dimensions of life. However, quality of our action and the devotion to the supreme God is the primary theme of Bhagavad Gita. Here, I have explained top ten inspiring quotes of Bhagavad Gita.
Historical Background of Bhagavad Gita:
Bhagavad Gita, is the distilled spiritual essence of Vedas and Upanishads. It is compiled and published by Sage Veda Vyasa. The history dating back to about 4000-5000 B.C. It is part of mythology dictated by Sage Veda Vyasa and written by Lord Ganesha!
In Bhagavad Gita in which Lord Krishna helped the grief-stricken Arjuna through dialogue and discussion.
It is the dialogue between two individuals, Lord Krishna (considered as incarnation of Bhagawan Vishnu, Narayana) and Arjuna (the Pandava prince, Nara) in the battle field.

My top ten favorite verses from Bhagavad Gita are:
Far better to live your own path imperfectly than to live another’s perfectly.

2. Whenever and wherever there is decline of dharma (righteousness) and ascendance of adharma (unrighteousness), at that time I manifest Myself in visible form. For the protection of the righteous and destruction of the wicked, and for the sake of establishing dharma again, I incarnate Myself on earth ages after ages.

3. The very first word in Bhagavad Gita is “Dharma” and the last word is “Mama”.“Mama Dharma” – My duties, responsibilities, rights, ethics, morals, attitude, action, activities and so on. Some commentators recommend Gita as an elaborate detailing of MAMA DHARMA
The best Teaching of Bhagavad Gita is:
You have the right only on Action, Not on the fruits of your work Never own responsibility to the result, Must never lose interest in work.
4. No one should abandon duties because he sees defects in them. Every action, every activity, is surrounded by defects as a fire is surrounded by smoke.
Bhagavad Gita on Meditation
5. Arjuna, those who eat too much or eat too little, who sleep too much or sleep too little, will not succeed in meditation. But those who are temperate in eating and sleeping, work and recreation, will come to the end of sorrow through meditation.
In the still mind, in the depths of meditation, the Self reveals itself. Beholding the Self by means of the Self, an aspirant knows the joy and peace of complete fulfillment.

6. With all fears dissolved in the peace of the Self and all actions dedicated to Brahman, controlling the mind and fixing it on me, sit in meditation with me as your only goal.
7. As the heat of a fire reduces wood to ashes, the fire of knowledge burns to ashes all karma. Those who surrender to Brahman all selfish attachments are like the leaf of a lotus floating clean and dry in water. Sin cannot touch them.
Bhagavad Gita on Self-Realization
8. The senses are higher than the body, the mind higher than the senses; above the mind is the intellect, and above the intellect is the Atman. Thus, knowing that which is supreme, let the Atman rule the ego. Use your mighty arms to slay the fierce enemy that is selfish desire.
9. The Lord dwells in the hearts of all creatures and whirls them round upon the wheel of maya. Run to him for refuge with all your strength, and peace profound will be yours through his grace.
10. When meditation is mastered, the mind is unwavering, like the flame of a lamp in a windless place.

Finally, Bhagavad Gita says, the Universal Self, present in all beings, and all beings existing within Me, he is never lost to me , nor am I ever lost to him. Thus GOD is to be recognized in the Universal Self, is the essence of Bhagavad Gita.
“A gift is pure when it is given from the heart to the right person at the right time and at the right place, and when we expect nothing in return”
There are many quotes. These are my favorites.
“Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.”
“There is nothing lost or wasted in this life.”
“Creation is only the projection into form of that which already exists.”
“One can become whatever one wants to be [if one constantly contemplates on the object of desire with faith].”
“Fear not what is not real, never was and never will be. What is real, always was and cannot be destroyed.”
"There is nothing in the three worlds for me to gain, Arjuna, nor is there anything I do not have; I continue to act, but I am not driven by any need of my own."
"The ignorant work for their own profit, Arjuna; the wise work for the welfare of the world, without thought for themselves."
"It is not those who lack energy or refrain from action, but those who work without expectation of reward who attain the goal of meditation."
"Those who cannot renounce attachment to the results of their work are far from the path."
Although every word in Srimad Bhagwat Geeta is sacred and important for all human beings, however, i believe these one are very important -

Translation - The Supreme Lord said: O Parth, when one discards all selfish desires and cravings of the senses that torment the mind, and becomes satisfied in the realization of the self, such a person is said to be transcendentally situated.

Translation - One whose mind remains undisturbed amidst misery, who does not crave for pleasure, and who is free from attachment, fear, and anger, is called a sage of steady wisdom.
